Craftsmanship. Connection. Communication That Lasts

At South City Print, we believe print still has the power to move people, not just visually, but emotionally. For nearly four decades, we’ve helped Charlotte-area businesses, nonprofits, and organizations use that power to connect, persuade, and grow.

Founded in the late-1980s, our story began like many small businesses do—with a press, a few loyal customers, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Over the years, technology has changed, but our core philosophy hasn’t: help clients communicate more effectively, market more intelligently, and grow more confidently.

That mindset has earned us long-standing partnerships throughout the Carolinas and a 5.0-star reputation built one project at a time.

A Strategic Approach to Print

We’re more than a printer. We’re a marketing partner who understands that every piece you print serves a purpose: to generate a lead, start a conversation, build credibility, or inspire action.

That’s why we approach each project strategically:

  • Plan before you print. Every campaign starts with your goals, your audience, and your message.
  • Design with intent. The look and feel matter, but so does the response it drives.
  • Deliver with precision. On time, on budget, and with quality that reflects your brand.

When you combine thoughtful planning with expert production, you get print that performs, not just something that looks nice sitting on a desk.

Personal Service Meets Proven Reliability

What sets South City Print apart isn’t just our equipment or capabilities, it’s our people. Our team takes pride in the details that others overlook, from color consistency and paper quality to accurate mail data and efficient fulfillment.

We take the time to understand your goals, offer honest feedback, and make sure you get exactly what you need, even if that means steering you toward a better option. That’s how we earn trust: through action, not assumption.

Meet our team below!

Jane Bolan

Jane Bolan

Jane Bolan joined South City Print in 2022 and has quickly become a trusted resource for customers and coworkers alike.

She is often the first person a caller speaks with and enjoys helping customers find the best solutions for their print projects. Her background in teaching helped develop the communication and problem-solving skills she brings to every interaction. Jane provides estimates for a wide variety of jobs and has become especially knowledgeable about our large-format printing and signage capabilities, earning the trust of a growing base of loyal business customers.

She also enjoys collaborating with customers and using her Canva skills to help bring their ideas to life. Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with her husband and 10-year-old son, cheering on Charlotte FC and the Charlotte Checkers, gardening, staying active, cooking, reading, and cuddling with her cat and dog.

Delia Rogers

Delia Rogers has been part of the South City Print team since 1991 and brings decades of printing knowledge to every project.

As our Customer Service Manager, she creates accurate estimates, works closely with customers, manages our paper inventory, and keeps everything running smoothly with her organized and efficient approach. Customers and prospects count on Delia for honest advice, dependable follow-through, and a friendly attitude—and it’s no surprise that nearly half of our 5-star Google reviews mention her by name.

Before joining the printing industry, Delia worked in accounting, and her attention to detail still shows in everything she does. Outside of work, she loves painting, reading, spending time with her two grandchildren—whom she calls “the light of my life”—and enjoying the beach, warm weather, Rottweilers and cats.

A proud Texas girl, Delia is a loyal Longhorns and Cowboys fan and a former motorcycle enthusiast.

Your Trusted Partner

South City Print has been a Trusted Partner for local businesses for more than 36 years. Since Day 1 our intent has been to produce quality printed materials: As Promised, When Promised!

Quality matters. Prior to printing, we’ll look over your files for issues – typos, fuzzy low-resolution images or logos, absence of bleeds/crop marks, etc. Most of these issues are easily fixed.

Message Matters. If it’s a postcard or other marketing piece, we’ll also look for “impact”– Is the message clear and concise? Is there a clear call to action? Does it create interest? While we’re not a marketing agency, we are marketing experts and will gladly provide advice based on our experience.

Presentation Matters. Once in production, our focus switches – Does the printing measure up to our quality standard? Is the finishing (cutting, folding, etc.) accurate? Are the materials properly packaged for delivery or shipping?

And there’s one final detail – ensuring that the job is completed on time, every time!

We are here to provide you with quality printed materials that enhance your brand and help you grow your business.
